With a rich academic and administrative background spanning over two decades, Dr. Faleti brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization.
Dr. Faleti’s journey in academia and professional development is illustrious. He serves as an Associate Research Professor and Online E_Tutor and Facilitator at West Midlands University, Lagos; National Open University of Nigeria; and University of South Africa. Formerly, he held key positions such as Registrar and Director of Planning, Research, and Administration at the African Centre for Professional Development (ACPD), South Africa, from 2016 to 2022.
Born on March 25th, 1972, Dr. Faleti is a native of Lagos and traces his roots to Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Lagos, along with Postgraduate Diplomas and Masters degrees in Computer Science, Public Administration, and Planning, Research, and Statistics from esteemed institutions.
Academic Qualifications
His academic journey culminated in earning a doctorate degree, DPA, in Public Administration from the University of South Africa and a Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D., in Public Administration from SELINUS University of Sciences and Literature-Europe, Italy. Dr. Faleti’s dedication to academia is further evidenced by his role as a Marker/Facilitator/Project Supervisor at renowned universities.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Faleti is a family man blessed with four boys and a girl, fluent in English and Yoruba languages. His passion for excellence, teaching, research, and staff management reflects in Phaletie Consulting Limited’s ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional services.
